Dresstrials provides AI-powered virtual wedding dress try-on services. We use third-party AI generation services to create composite images based on the photos you upload. The generated images are for personal visualization purposes only.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely for the purpose of providing our service to you. We do not use your images for training AI models, marketing, or any other purpose beyond generating your try-on results.
4. Third-Party Services
Our service relies on third-party AI providers for image generation. Your uploaded images may be processed by these providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your data responsibly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload images that violate any laws, infringe on others' rights, or contain inappropriate content. We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these terms.
6. Generated Images
Generated images are approximations created by AI and may not accurately represent how a dress will look on you in reality. Dresstrials does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images for any purpose.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Access to our service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed on a recurring weekly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
8. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your uploaded images and generated results at any time by emailing support@dresstrials.com. We will process your request promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dresstrials is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
